Speaking of the seasons, Laurie just finished reading Animal, Vegetable, Miracle when she heard about the Vegetable a Month Club.  She was ready to begin eating real foods, with the seasons, for all the reasons Barbara Kingsolver so engagingly described in her book.  VAM offered just the support she needed to make the transition.

“I'm ready to take action,” she said, “and I don't mind taking time to cook.  I think that's important.  I just need to know how to cook more vegetables."

You might be someone who has been reading Animal, Vegetable, or Omnivore’s Dilemma, Food Matters, Hope’s Edge, What to Eat, or any of the many other pioneering books that are helping us see the benefits of eating real foods, close the the earth.  If you’re ready to start eating a new way, you’re in the right spot.
